The one answering the phones (Shasity?) was so responsive and get me up to date with when the technician was going to arrive. She was also very friendly and professional. The technician arrived (TJ). He was responsive, professional and did quality work! Got the problem resolved in a timely manner! I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me as well! Price of the repair was a fair price. Overall excellent company for my first experience, and I plan to keep using them if I need and HVAC work!
The company really came through for me. I had a leak in pne or rental homes but for two days i called around and no one would come and work in that area. But this company was wonderful and and quick to come repair the problem in under 12 hours and i was impressed with the timing. The lady i spoke to when i made the call was very nice and professional. I feel they deserve my business from now on and believe you will find them Officiant and courteous as i did.
My home AC stopped cooling late one night. The very next morning, I was in contact with their friendly office staff and they had me an appointment time window set for that very same day. Office staff updated me on exact time tech would arrive. Tech showed up a few minutes before set time. The tech was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He had our AC back up and cooling in no time! Now I'm having to adjust the temp because it's cooling so good now!
