We needed an immediate assistance and they were very responsive and had a tech come out and within hour was diagnosed and fixed. Very good people to work with and I would highly recommend them.
The company was very professional and accommodating when I had something come up that was going to delay me a couple of hours. The tech arrived at the new time and was extremely professional as was the entire staff. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Will be on the top of my list if needed in the future.
I have tried finding a good HVAC company. I have tried at least 4 other companies before Loar. I have to say they have been very punctual and knowledgeable in all they have done for me. The technician was awesome kept me in tune on everything that was going on and explained it in detail so I'd understand what was going on. Did an amazing job. I called on a Saturday. They had a technician at my house in less than an hour. He was quick and thorough. He had my A/C back going in about 20 minutes. Then stuck around for another 30 minutes monitoring everything to make sure that was the only problem. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend.
